Dried Fruits with Nuts with Belgian Chocolate

Ten dried fruits, nuts and seeds, each dipped individually in Belgian chocolate: dried fig, dried apricot, raisins, rutab dates, dried black cherry, sesame, almond, pistachio, thyme and walnut. The mix balances sweet fruit against roasted nuts and savoury thyme, so no two pieces taste alike. Prepared fresh in our Kuwait kitchen and arranged on a wooden tray.
