We strive to deliver a state that'll make you say: Fantastic!

Dear Customer, please note the following:

1- We strive our best to use fresh ingredients in our products. So, rest assured that you will receive fresh vibrant fantastic products. For chocolate, we use premium Belgium chocolate. For printing on chocolate, we use food grade safe printing colours.

2- Actual product presentation and colours may vary due to photo taking conditions such as lighting and angels. Some colours may not be produced with the same tone and degree every time due to nature of product crafting. 

3- Product containers such as crystal trays, box shape and color, wooden tray colours and style, and other containers may vary from pictures due to stock availability and product changes over time, but we guarantee your satisfaction and that we will use the best container for presentation.

4- We strive our best to fully describe product quantity at the set price, but keep in mind that we follow a conservative approach were we indicate the minimum quantity on product display where possible on our pages and social media accounts. The product you will receive will have the minimum quantity displayed or higher. 

5- For product wrapping, we wrap trays with thick transparent nylon food wrapping tied up with our fantastic ribbon. Boxes are covered with either heavy duty paper box covers or nylon wraps. Boxes and trays maybe covered with transparent acrylic or plastic covers. 

6- Preparation time, please note that since we prepare each product fresh after you place your order, kindly allow for 2 hours preparation time.

7- For delivery time, please factor in 1 hour of delivery time post preparation time.  

8- Please note that we prepare our products in facilities that may contain nuts and other food allergens. Please note that our products may come in close contact with nuts and other food allergens during preparation process.

9- We have 2 brand logos, please note that our products and or packaging may come to you in either our new or previous logo. The same applies to our photography, they may carry either logo.

11- Low Sugar/Salt badge:

The products carrying Low Sugar or Low Salt badge, contain less sugar or salt compared to our previous recipe and compared to similar commercial products. It is not sugar-free or salt free and may not be suitable for diabetic, high blood pressure, or other patients.

12- Payment methods:

We accept payment methods including credit cards, KNET, Apply Pay, or cash on delivery.

13- Refunds:

At Fantastic Chocolate, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Try our products risk free. If you receive our products and you do not like it we will replace it for you or refund it. 

14- Intellectual Property & Copyright:

a) All content we produce and publish — including text, product descriptions, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, our name and our logos — is owned by us or used under licence, wherever it appears: on this website, on our social media accounts, in our catalogues and printed materials, on delivery platforms, on our packaging, and in any other medium. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.

b) Any third-party trademarks or brand names appearing in our content belong to their respective owners. Where such a name appears, it is used only to describe an ingredient or component of a product. It does not indicate any affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or licence from the owner of that mark.

c) Where you provide us with any logo, image, artwork, photograph, name, text or design to be printed or applied to a product ("Customer Materials"), you confirm that: you own them or hold all rights and permissions necessary to use them and to authorise us to reproduce them; they do not infringe any copyright, trademark, design, personality, image or privacy right of any third party; where they contain the image or name of an individual, you have that person's consent; and they are not unlawful, offensive or contrary to the laws and public morals of the State of Kuwait.

d) You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, damage, cost or legal expense arising from Customer Materials, including any allegation that they infringe the rights of a third party. This continues to apply after your order is completed or cancelled.

e) We may decline or cancel any order at any stage where we believe Customer Materials may infringe third-party rights. We are not obliged to verify ownership of Customer Materials, and any check we carry out does not transfer responsibility to us. Where we refuse an order on these grounds, we will refund amounts paid for the affected items.

f) Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before production begins, you allow us to photograph, film and display the finished product — including any Customer Materials applied to it — on our website, social media accounts, catalogues, printed and digital marketing, and any other medium, to illustrate our products and capabilities. If you prefer your order not to be displayed, let us know in writing before production begins and we will honour that.

g) If you believe any of our content infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us on WhatsApp at +965 9882 1515 with details of the material and the right concerned. We will review promptly and remove or amend any content found to be infringing.
