All of them are made in our Qurain kitchen from raw ingredients rather than bought in as industrial paste. That is why the pistachio tastes of pistachio and the caramel is not simply sweet.

Praline is nuts and sugar cooked to caramel then ground smooth. We make it plain and with roasted pieces folded back in.
